We are a small group of confectioners/ bakers that work out of our home in Weare, N.H. We are a fully licensed and inspected bakery with the State of New Hampshire.

     Baking and cooking have always been in our blood.  In 6th grade Meghan knew that she wanted to be a caterer! That being said, she spent two years in high school at what is now called the Manchester School of Technology (back then it was called 'Skill Center') coming in second place in the state wide VICA competition.  After high school she went on to Johnson & Wales University and studied Baking and Pastry Arts. After getting her degree she went on to work at various restaurants and bakeries and enjoyed every minute of it.   We decided to put the kiddo's first and Meghan stayed home with them, teaching them how to bake and cook! Now that the kids are older, we knew that it was the right time to get our business going.

     Our business started back in May 2008, making chocolates to sell at HollyHock Flowers here in town.  Through tasting and word of mouth our business got a nice little following!! We then sold our 'Big As Your Head' cookies, brownies, caramel, fudge, gourmet caramel apples,  whoopie pies etc. at the Weare Farmer's Market and had people coming back week after week to get a special treat. 

     The rest of 2008 was chock full of craft fairs, trying to get our products out to people.  Thank you to all who purchased items from us! We hope to see you again this year at various events
