Chocolate White Chocolate Chip Cookie..just as the title says, this is a chocolate cookie with white chocolate chips that is rolled in confectioners sugar before baking to give it a light crisp sugary coating. 
Chocolate Chip Cookie... made the old fashioned way. Your typical chocolate chip cookie. Baked so that they are crispy on the outside, yet soft on the inside! Great with milk!

Here's a new twist on TWO different cakes...Black Forest Cake (chocolate cake with cherry filling and whipped cream) and German chocolate cake (chocolate cake with coconut/ pecan filling and chocolate icing) mixed together to make the Yellow Forest German Cake!! This cake consists of yellow cake, cherry filling (not canned filling!), coconut/pecan filling and vanilla buttercream icing. Coated on the sides with toasted coconut. Deliciously Good!!!
Chocolate Lovers Unite!!! This sinfully decadent cake consists of chocolate cake, rich chocolate buttercream icing, coated in chocolate ganache and topped with a chocolate crown.
Fresh as can be Carrot Cake!!! Filled with coconut/ pecan filling and iced in cream cheese icing. The sides are coated with oven toasted carrot cake crumbs. Delicious!!!
Happy Birthday!!! We make all kinds of birthday cakes~ from plain with roses to decorated with fancy borders and designs. This birthday cake has one layer of chocolate cake and one layer of yellow cake (our version of marble), iced in sweet buttercream icing.
